Job Summary

Own manufacturing WIP visibility, output status, and capacity planning while proactively identifying and forecasting bottlenecks. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate visibility of manufacturing WIP and output status, and perform capacity planning.
•Identify, analyze, and proactively predict bottlenecks across the manufacturing process.
•Design reporting formats and deliver routine performance and KPI reports for manufacturing and business engineering management.
•Develop and optimize management control systems for financial planning and analysis, including cost, labor hours, and cycle time.
•Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other engineering-related fields.
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Strategic Planning, or Business Intelligence-related roles.
•Strong financial acumen with ability to perform cost and financial analysis for planning and control.
•Familiarity with ERP frameworks, including SAP operations.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
