Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate visibility of manufacturing WIP and output status, and perform capacity planning.
  • •Identify, analyze, and proactively predict bottlenecks across the manufacturing process.
  • •Design reporting formats and deliver routine performance and KPI reports for manufacturing and business engineering management.
  • •Develop and optimize management control systems for financial planning and analysis, including cost, labor hours, and cycle time.
  • •Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other engineering-related fields.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Strategic Planning, or Business Intelligence-related roles.
  • •Strong financial acumen with ability to perform cost and financial analysis for planning and control.
  • •Familiarity with ERP frameworks, including SAP operations.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
