Job Summary

Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and operations for DigitalOcean's Agentic AI initiatives. As an IC3 TPM, you'll orchestrate planning, align cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and implement automated workflows to increase efficiency. You’ll translate technical milestones into actionable plans, build dashboards and tools, and partner with leadership to define scope, timelines, and success metrics in a fast-paced, high-growth cloud and AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

•End-to-End Delivery: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and operations teams.
•Strategic Alignment: Partner with engineering and product leadership to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs.
•Risk Mitigation & Unblocking: Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve issues, and elevate blockers swiftly to maintain program velocity.
•Process Refinement & Automation: Implement and refine program management best practices. Build custom tools, scripts, workbooks, or automated reporting frameworks for greater efficiency and transparency, reducing administrative overhead.
