Manager financial control - OPEX

Lead and coach a team of finance professionals within Finance Operations Europe, taking ownership of OPEX accounting, internal controls, and high-quality reporting. Ensure timely internal and external reporting compliant with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations, strengthen SOx controls, and drive process improvements through innovation. Collaborate with finance stakeholders, auditors, and partners while shaping an end-to-end Record-to-Report process during an ERP transition.
