Job Summary

Support Truist’s Intelligent Automation program by installing and configuring UiPath RPA platforms (on-prem and SaaS) and providing level 2/3 incident support. •Perform on-prem and SaaS cloud UiPath RPA platform installations, configuration, and level 3 incident support for Intelligent Automation.
•Lead and participate in rapid triage and resolution of escalated UiPath RPA platform and automated process problems.
•Isolate root causes across areas such as robot VDI configuration, browser/version nuances, Windows IIS issues, Active Directory/Entra permissions, and network/firewall or O365 incompatibilities.

•Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems using best practices.
•Ability to direct and mentor less experienced teammates; interpret and convey complex or sensitive information.
