Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of monthly financial reporting and financial statement presentation.
  • •Review complex account reconciliations, financial reporting schedules, and close deliverables.
  • •Own significant accounting estimates, judgments, and technical accounting issues; prepare or oversee technical memos.
  • •Serve as primary accounting partner for external auditors and oversee annual audited financial statements and disclosures.
  • •Oversee accounting policy application, accounting systems governance (ERP roles/access reviews), and drive audit readiness and control effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
  • •8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership over financial close, financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls.
  • •Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX, including financial statement presentation and control-oriented accounting operations.
  • •Experience operating in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or similarly complex environment (preferred).
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills to translate accounting issues into business risk and escalate appropriately.
