Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and report Transport & Logistics Service Provider performance, managing and presenting executive KPI views for operational and financial data.
  • •Develop and implement reporting strategy by automating data gathering and reporting, including dashboards, indicators, and tools.
  • •Manage Transport & Logistics budget and OP data (budget creation, simulations, forecast calculations, reporting) and support OP & Budget activities as the central consolidation function.
  • •Liaise with operational teams across countries to gather scope of Transport & Logistics operations and consolidate a total view.
  • •Prepare logistics inventory reporting for external storage and customer-level analysis, and follow up on SQCDP; manage BMS and delegated processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Good analytics skills and strong data management to work with partially automated files and create management-ready graphics.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel and Gsuite; experience with other data management tools (SAP) would be necessary.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance results to Transport & Logistics management.
  • •Autonomy and proactivity to deliver expected outputs, with the ability to work in an international and diverse team.
  • •Advanced level English and eligibility for a security clearance when required.
