Job Summary

•Own the architecture, design, development, and implementation of software applications, including scalable solutions and integrations.
•Develop unified monitoring and control center tools to measure platform health, data availability, utilization, capacity trends, and performance.
•Formulate methods for consistent data loading and optimize data operations, then monitor platforms and drive continuous improvements.
•Ensure end-to-end lifecycle ownership for platform products, covering design, implementation, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
•Deliver projects on time and provide production support plans and knowledge transfer, while mentoring junior developers and creating technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years with relevant work experience.
•Experience in software design, programming, debugging, and optimization across the full development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring).
•Hands-on experience building REST-based web services and web applications using Java and Spring framework.
•Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts, including unit and integration testing.
•2+ years of technical leadership and mentoring experience, plus ability to communicate designs and flows clearly.
