Customer Engineer Aera Photomask Lithograph

Install, maintain, and upgrade customer Aera photomask lithograph equipment as the direct liaison with customers. Diagnose technical issues using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, performing preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Collaborate with senior engineers and customers to understand requirements and roadmaps, and train/mentor junior field service engineers while supporting UV laser mask inspection system maintenance in a clean-room environment.
