Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate delivery activities across Product Owners and IT DevOps pod teams to achieve sprint and roadmap milestone goals.
  • •Manage multi-team/pod dependencies and risks, and provide regular project status reporting against sprint commitments and roadmap estimates.
  • •Create and own project plans, including short-term Scrum planning and longer-range forward-window planning with critical path and roadmap tracking.
  • •Oversee Jira updates and ensure Jira hygiene, and coordinate cross-pod activities for feature deliverables involving multiple pods.
  • •Partner with Product Owners, BA leads/BAs, and pod leads to ensure fit-for-purpose inputs (requirements signed off, translated into EPICs and user/technical stories) and improved lead time/quality for deployments, including vendor oversight in a vendor environment.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional, multi-geography projects across Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • •Expertise applying Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum frameworks to product development and delivery organizations.
  • •Solid understanding of project management practices, including risk and issue management.
  • •Experience managing large projects (50+ people) and working with an Offshore–Onshore model.
  • •Vendor/3rd-party management experience and strong relationship management across internal and external stakeholders.
