Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle delivery of BlackLine R2R initiatives from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
  • •Develop integrated project plans across requirements/design workshops, configuration/build, SIT/UAT testing, and cutover with go/no-go checkpoints.
  • •Manage interdependencies across ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle), ETL/integration layers, and upstream/downstream finance systems while aligning with month-end close calendars.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders across Finance Controllers/GBS, IT/Digital Technology, implementation teams, BlackLine product teams, and system integrators; run governance forums and provide executive-ready RAID/milestone/budget reporting.
  • •Drive functional/process leadership for R2R (reconciliation optimization, transaction matching rules, journal approvals, IFM, close task orchestration) and ensure SOX compliance, SoD reviews, testing completion, and evidence maintenance.
