Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and respond to in-line issues in the wafer fabrication etch process, ensuring timely disposition of wafers.
  • •Qualify wafer fabrication etch processes on advanced tools.
  • •Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime with manufacturing and equipment teams.
  • •Analyze data using software tools to identify trends and inform processing decisions.
  • •Adjust process parameters as needed and monitor equipment performance after maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field
  • •1+ year of experience in a related field
  • •Experience with 300mm Dry Etch processes
  • •Familiarity with equipment platforms such as Lam, AMAT, TEL, Mattson, Hitachi, and/or PSK
  • •Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and their implementation
