Key Responsibilities

  • •Load, unload, and process products and materials through the warehouse accurately and on time using a motor-powered forklift
  • •Follow Tyson policies, safety guidelines, and safety standards during each shift
  • •Work required overtime and weekends to meet production deadlines
  • •Maintain productivity in a fast-paced cold storage environment and stand/walk up to 100% of the time
  • •Complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate effectively across management levels

Key Requirements

  • •6 months of continuous work history with a single employer in the last 12 months
  • •Preferred: 3 months of forklift or warehouse experience

  • •Stand/walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours) and work in an extreme cold storage environment
  • •Pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening
