Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and review probationary employees’ progress through feedback meetings and discussions with supervisors to identify training and development needs in the production department.
  • •Help line leaders and supervisors solve specific training problems one-on-one or in groups.
  • •Partner with HR Coordinator or Recruiter to schedule job previews for hourly applicants and explain position requirements, environment, and physical demands.
  • •Instruct employees on exercise activities designed to improve strength, endurance, and hardening within the first three days of employment.
  • •Promote employee recognition and perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to communicate and comprehend English; ability to communicate in two or more languages is preferred.
  • •Ability to engage employees and communicate job tasks in a comprehensive manner.
  • •Basic computer and math skills.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
