Job Summary

Lead the Invoice to Cash (I2C) team within the Regional Shared Service Centre, ensuring high-performing, standardized service delivery with effective controls and strong customer service. Manage team performance using KPIs, maintain stakeholder relationships, and resolve issues. Support finance continuous improvement programs to embed best practices and deliver efficiencies, while ensuring compliance, accurate financial records, and oversight of accounts receivable, collections, disputes, cash application, and invoicing.
