Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Compensation Business Partner for EMEA and APAC, building context on teams, talent markets, and hiring needs.
  • •Advise People Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions for new hires, promotions, internal mobility, and other complex questions.
  • •Partner with Recruiting to advise on offers, market competitiveness, and candidate-specific situations.
  • •Help evolve international compensation strategy as Harvey scales, including geographic differentiation, market positioning, salary structures, and equity.
  • •Perform market analyses using compensation survey data and other sources, and support compensation cycles, benchmarking, band development, and company-wide programs with international considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of experience in compensation.
  • •Experience supporting international compensation across EMEA and/or APAC.
  • •Experience working for a US-headquartered company and adapting global compensation programs for international markets.
  • •Meaningful equity compensation experience, including advising on equity in markets with different norms.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation fundamentals including benchmarking, salary structures, job leveling, offers, promotions, retention, and pay decisions.
