Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform customer support functions for OCIE logistics support requirements in combat and peacetime situations.
  • •Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks and forklifts) and use banding and wrapping machines to secure equipment.
  • •Complete documentation for locations, receipts, tallies, and ensure supplies are shipped properly marked, tagged, and labeled.
  • •Issue OCIE equipment to in-processing service members by verifying National Stock Number (NSN) and quantity with the issue sheet.
  • •Conduct inventory and restocking, including receiving, inspecting, and storing OCIE and materials by NSN, and preparing items for issue/turn-in/shipment/redistribution.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent, with knowledge of automated data systems and data entry.
  • •One year experience in warehouse functions and thorough knowledge of office work and routine.
  • •Good oral and written communication skills and working knowledge of office tools/programs.
  • •Forklift certification required (or will be trained) and safe operation of warehouse material handling equipment.
  • •Maintain a current State of Colorado Driver’s License and comply with OSHA/EPA/Fire regulations and company work rules.
