Construction Analyst

Develop and provide construction cost estimates for natural gas projects, including construction scope documents and appropriate compensation/contract structures. Solicit, evaluate, and recommend external bids, coordinate contractor resource assignments, and schedule and monitor construction activities. Serve as a liaison between Gas Engineering, Construction Management, and other stakeholders, providing project status updates and reports while ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
