Lead client engagements in project controls and performance across major infrastructure programmes, guiding the discovery and design of fit-for-purpose control solutions. Manage workshops, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, deploy established methodologies and digital tools, contribute to transformation products, and support business generation. Drive client relationships, reporting to executive levels, and develop reports and recommendations to enable informed decision making.
