Key Responsibilities

•Own the GTM finance operating model, including annual/long-range planning, forecasting, business reviews, and board reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps.
•Build driver-based, scenario, and sensitivity models to evaluate trade-offs across hiring, coverage, GTM spend, pipeline generation, retention, customer profitability, and margin expansion.
•Upgrade GTM reporting and financial modeling infrastructure with AI-enabled workflows to automate reconciliation, variance/anomaly detection, and recurring reporting.
•Own full-funnel pipeline and marketing ROI analyses, linking demand generation to bookings, ARR, CAC payback, retention, and LTV while surfacing funnel/velocity/productivity levers.
•Own customer economics and contribution margin, including cohort economics (NRR/GRR, cost-to-serve, renewal risk, expansion propensity) and unit economics/business cases (CAC payback, LTV, Magic Number, deal economics).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance and/or Data Science or equivalent experience.
•7–10 years of total experience in GTM Strategic Finance and/or Business Operations, including investment banking or management consulting experience.
•High-growth B2B SaaS experience with advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
•Proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization (SQL, Looker, Tableau) and financial planning tools (Drivetrain, NetSuite, Adaptive, TM1).
•Experience building financial/operational models for Enterprise SaaS/usage-based models and operational metrics.
