Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for business queries, providing timely, practical legal guidance on day-to-day operational matters.
  • •Advise the People team on employment law, workplace policies, and labor compliance, including contract reviews and policy drafting across jurisdictions.
  • •Draft, review, and amend internal policies, procedures, and standard legal templates for efficient business use.
  • •Support fraud and compliance escalations by conducting liability assessments, performing compliance checks, and advising on risk mitigation.
  • •Assist with customer disputes and regulatory engagement with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), including preparing responses and meeting deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Cand.Jur (or equivalent) legal qualification recognised in Denmark.
