Sr. Field Auto Appraiser - Field

Investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise auto damage claims for repairable and total loss vehicles, ensuring estimate accuracy and compliance with state laws and contract guidelines. Handle complex claims with digital tools, communicate with insureds and internal/external stakeholders, review documentation and potential subrogation opportunities, and support fraud/fact-of-loss review. Maintain accurate claim files and may participate in disputed claims, trials, and catastrophe (CAT) response, including on-call and travel.
