Key Responsibilities

•Perform necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds as directed, in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
•Accomplish daily scheduled assignments and perform on-site service and repair of equipment.
•Meet at least 70% of estimated repair times.
•Collaborate with other departments and follow OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments.
•Read electrical & mechanical drawings and technical manuals; manage waste generated from work performed and complete training program.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 26.44 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
•Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
•Meet at least one experience option: 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience, 6 months outside manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural experience, military experience, or graduate from vocational high school with no experience required.
•Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and verifiable technical background.
•Ability to follow safe work practices and knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
