Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
•Serve as a functional subject matter expert in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding, including requisition and candidate management, job application flows, offer and hiring processes, onboarding journeys, and preboarding workflows
•Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate hiring and onboarding strategies into scalable Oracle solutions and facilitate design workshops
•Support testing cycles, resolve functional issues, and ensure integration with Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules
•Develop documentation and training materials, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality end-to-end candidate lifecycle and onboarding experience solutions

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
•3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
•1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
•Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
•Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
