Collaborate with Audit, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to drive resolutions, protect confidential information, and improve processes—leveraging technology and AI for efficiency.

•Manage U.S.-based investigators and intake/intelligence specialists, including assigning work, reviewing output, coaching performance, and supporting hiring and corrective actions.
•Conduct complex, sensitive investigations independently and analyze complex financial and business records to prepare findings.
•Prepare and review investigative reports with executive-ready summaries, recommendations, and actionable documentation.
•Collaborate with Audit, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to scope matters, align on investigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
•Deliver executive briefings, provide subject matter expertise and training, and mentor Senior Investigators while driving strategy for AI-enabled investigation process efficiencies.
