Key Responsibilities

  • •Executive & Leadership Support: Proactively manage the Group General Counsel’s time, priorities, and focus; prepare high-quality briefs, papers, and presentations; ensure meetings are structured and followed through on outcomes; anticipate challenges and remove blockers.
  • •Legal & Governance Administration: Maintain legal documentation with high accuracy; coordinate contract workflows, approvals, and execution; support governance activities including board materials; act as dependable operational support across legal processes.
  • •Intellectual Property (IP) Operations & Formalities: Manage end-to-end IP documents including powers of attorney, assignments, and declarations of use; ensure documentation is accurate and compliant; coordinate multi-jurisdiction execution and notarisation filings; track timelines and flag risks.
  • •Workflow & Delivery: Track actions, commitments, and deadlines; ensure follow-through; bring order to ambiguity; leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and automation.
  • •Business Partnering & Operational Support: Act as a connector across Legal and the wider business; bring structure to competing priorities; support planning, coordination, and delivery of key activities; identify opportunities to simplify processes.
