Deliver a personalized, welcoming customer experience as the face of the Timberland brand in Rotterdam. Build customer relationships to drive brand loyalty, share product knowledge, and support store sales goals and KPIs. Maintain visual merchandising and a clean store environment, replenish stock and assist with inventory, and process transactions accurately. Collaborate with the team to support daily store operations as needed.
