Job Summary

Hands-on electrical engineer designing, integrating, and repairing electronics for EO/IR test systems in a factory environment. Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot hardware for test equipment development.
•Maintain Test Equipment systems for a factory/production environment which exercises and analyzes hardware deliverable products.
•Collaborate with team to develop test systems, cabling, test interface adapters (ITAs), circuit designs, schematic creation, and documentation tasks such as drawings creation and existing drawings updates.
•Support multiple efforts including design improvements, integration, validation, verification, and maintenance of special test equipment (STE).
•Prioritize, handle, and lead multiple tasks in a production environment.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience with analysis, test, troubleshooting and interpreting schematics.
•Experience with factory/laboratory test instrumentation, electronics, and software (e.g. oscilloscopes, power supplies, digital multimeters).
•Experience with EO/IR test systems in a production environment is a plus.
•Technical writing skills and ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
