Direct Tax Specialist

Support direct tax compliance and tax accounting for the EMEA region, including preparation/review of corporate income tax returns, quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, and reconciliation of tax-related balance sheet accounts. Participate in audits and tax authority inquiries, assist with cross-border tax projects, and help drive initiatives such as Pillar Two, transfer pricing implementation, legal entity restructurings, and withholding tax optimization. Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and external advisors.
