Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review corporate income tax returns across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • •Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax filing deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • •Assist with withholding tax, permanent establishment matters, and preparation of intercompany charges.
  • •Support tax accounting and reporting including quarterly/annual tax provision calculations, ETR analyses, and reconciliations.
  • •Assist with tax audits and cross-border tax projects, including Pillar Two/global minimum tax, transfer pricing implementation, legal entity restructurings, and withholding tax optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fiscal Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • •Approximately 3 years of relevant tax experience gained in public accounting (Big Four or mid-tier), a multinational corporation, or a tax advisory practice.
  • •Basic understanding of corporate income tax, tax accounting, international taxation principles, and transfer pricing concepts.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English (Hebrew language skills are a plus).
