Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, process information and basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on deposit and loan products as well as emerging self-service digital tools, delivering an optimal, digitally informed client experience through proactive outreach and collaboration with branch teams.
