Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively lead and manage the relationship with a key Signature Client business unit, securing use of Visa products and services to improve customer experience and deliver growth.
  • •Lead a small team (1 direct report) and guide internal teams to ensure the highest quality customer service across strategic and execution matters.
  • •Evolve a strategic partnership from transformation-led to growth-led, accelerating commercial performance and deepening executive engagement.
  • •Identify new opportunities using credit cards and related unsecured products expertise, and introduce Visa products, services, and capabilities to deliver mutual P&L benefits.
  • •Lead contract negotiations and key strategic projects, develop annual & strategic plans, and ensure Visa and client long-term alignment to support growth ambitions.
