Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-time piping design engineering support for facility and production area activities in Cat 2 and Cat 3 facilities.
  • •Create design output documentation supporting minor facility modifications (drawings, engineering instructions, data sheets, equipment specifications, equivalency evaluations, calculations, etc.).
  • •Develop designs in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1.

Key Requirements

  • •ABET-accredited BS in a relevant engineering discipline with 15+ years of experience, or an MS with 14+ years of relevant experience.
  • •A Q clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
  • •Familiarity and experience developing designs in accordance with ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1.
  • •Understanding of Conduct of Engineering, Conduct of Operations, and Conduct of Maintenance for nuclear-regulated facilities.
  • •Be willing to meet pre-employment requirements including drug screen/background investigation and any required medical exams/clearance maintenance.
