Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as first-line administrator for the online MDF portal, troubleshooting partner access issues and coordinating with portal vendors to track resolutions.
  • •Maintain up-to-date tracking of partner budget requests, compliance logs, and claim histories in master dashboards.
  • •Provide first-line partner support through the MDF lifecycle, guiding partners on submission guidelines, timelines, and documentation.
  • •Compile, clean, and organize raw fund usage data to support quarterly reviews and executive reporting.
  • •Coordinate daily communication with SUSE Finance and Accounts Payable to track payment status of claims approved by management, and escalate process improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field plus 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator, operations, or administrative role.
  • •Experience tracking basic budgets or working within a channel ecosystem.
  • •High proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel) for sorting, filtering, organizing data, and using foundational formulas.
  • •Comfortable learning and performing data-entry in online software tools, databases, or partner portals.
  • •Basic understanding of marketing concepts and corporate expense/reimbursement workflows.
