Job Summary

Support SUSE’s global Market Development Fund (MDF) program by administering the online MDF portal, troubleshooting partner access issues, and maintaining accurate tracking of partner budget requests and claim histories. Serve as first-line support through the MDF lifecycle, compile and clean fund usage data for quarterly and executive reporting, and coordinate daily status updates with Finance and Accounts Payable on approved claims. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as first-line administrator for the online MDF portal, troubleshooting partner access issues and coordinating with portal vendors to track resolutions.
•Maintain up-to-date tracking of partner budget requests, compliance logs, and claim histories in master dashboards.
•Provide first-line partner support through the MDF lifecycle, guiding partners on submission guidelines, timelines, and documentation.
•Compile, clean, and organize raw fund usage data to support quarterly reviews and executive reporting.
•Coordinate daily communication with SUSE Finance and Accounts Payable to track payment status of claims approved by management, and escalate process improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field plus 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator, operations, or administrative role.
•Experience tracking basic budgets or working within a channel ecosystem.
•High proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel) for sorting, filtering, organizing data, and using foundational formulas.
•Comfortable learning and performing data-entry in online software tools, databases, or partner portals.
•Basic understanding of marketing concepts and corporate expense/reimbursement workflows.
