Own growth marketing in APAC as the first dedicated hire, building and proving a regional demand-generation model. •Own regional demand generation for Self-Service and pipeline goals for APAC Enterprise segments.
•Plan and execute localized digital programs across Korea, Japan, Singapore (and broader APAC as prioritized).
•Manage and optimize regional paid channels and partnerships, including community and media placements.
•Develop and run an events and community calendar, ensuring follow-up drives opportunities.
•Build reporting/dashboards for regional performance and deliver monthly competitive and market intelligence briefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing.
•B2B SaaS or Web3/blockchain infrastructure experience; familiarity with APAC crypto ecosystems and developer communities preferred.
•Hands-on experience with SEO, paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, and analytics/reporting.
•Strong interpersonal and networking skills, comfortable working “boots on the ground” at events and building community relationships.
•Fluency in English required; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a strong advantage, or demonstrated localization experience.
