Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. Greet customers, understand needs, and recommend products to convert window shoppers into buyers while promoting the loyalty program. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store readiness, handle POS/billing accurately, process payments and refunds, and support inventory and loss-prevention practices according to SOP.
