Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the brand to maximize and contribute to in-store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
  • •Convert window shoppers into buyers by following the selling guideline (GUEST: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • •Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • •Maintain merchandise and visual presentation: stock layout, VM guidelines, stock norms on clearance, and store maintenance.
  • •Process transactions efficiently and accurately: inventory inward/outward recording, POS/billing, cash till tallying, and payment/refund handling while following SOP and loss-prevention policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
  • •Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and help minimize stock loss.
  • •Be well-groomed and presentable at all times, with strong grooming/attitude/knowledge.
  • •Be flexible to work extended hours during sale periods and varied shifts/overtime as needed.
