Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the Industrial Engineering strategy across compounding, pharmacy, and fulfillment operations
  • •Architect scalable, end-to-end workflows that connect production, dispensing, packaging, and delivery
  • •Establish standardized operating models that can be replicated across sites
  • •Lead facility design, cleanroom environments, and network expansion efforts
  • •Own and optimize large-scale capital investment planning (automation, equipment, and infrastructure), including $100M+ programs

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations engineering within regulated or high-precision environments
  • •Proven leadership experience across multi-site operations, including building and scaling engineering functions
  • •Deep expertise in cGMP, FDA regulations, and Board of Pharmacy requirements (USP <795>, <797>, <800>)
  • •Track record of designing and scaling high-throughput production, compounding, or fulfillment systems
  • •Experience in cleanroom environments and regulated manufacturing (pharma, medical device, semiconductor, or similar)
