Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategic narratives underpinning Visa Europe’s CEO and executive communications.
  • •Support speeches, scripts, talking points, social posts, memos and briefing materials for leadership moments.
  • •Own the development and evolution of Visa Europe’s corporate narrative and translate business strategy into narrative frameworks.
  • •Provide narrative guidance and counsel to communications leaders and business stakeholders across the region.
  • •Ensure communications planning, campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership programmes align with broader reputation and business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on communicator with strong strategic thinking and execution.
  • •Experience using sound judgement in a dynamic, regulated environment.
  • •Exceptional storytelling and narrative development skills, including speechwriting, copy-writing, social post creation, and memo/briefing writing.
