Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operational programs and projects to support logistics processes and partner performance, setting 3PL performance objectives and driving improvements.
  • •Develop and deliver logistics initiatives from inception to close-out within scope, time, and budget, including rollout of new systems and governance.
  • •Develop logistics programs and future AI/automation capability; lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce cost, cycle time, failures, and improve capacity and quality.
  • •Build capacity planning and inventory strategies to support product launches and seasonal demand, including ramping new sites/lanes and implementing SOPs and training.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional collaborators to align service SLAs with commercial commitments and manage business continuity plans, including disruption mitigation and communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in global Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, ideally within high-tech, data center, or semiconductor.
  • •Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with external partners (3PLs, carriers, brokers).
  • •Strong data-driven decision-making with experience defining benchmarks, dashboards, and running operational reviews.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP TMS and ERP systems.
