Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary liaison for Beauty, Eyewear, and affiliate partners involved in influencer and community activations.
  • •Manage timelines and deadlines, coordinate with external teams, and ensure successful activation outcomes.
  • •Coordinate between internal regional teams and external partners to align strategies globally and consistently across markets.
  • •Maintain and update the licencee calendar and oversee partner orders, delivery receipt, sorting, and tracking.
  • •Support licencee activations (including product dressing options) and assist with talent identification and reporting on external partnerships/KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Good Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote skills.
  • •Flexible and able to work in a context of ambiguity and change.
  • •Hands-on approach, problem-solver mindset, and strong attention to detail.
