•Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling employees, and educating them on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
•Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
•Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production start-up.
•Ensure machinery is performing and workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
•Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, oversee processing operations, and provide continuous quality education.
