Key Responsibilities

•Lead a moderately sized team of software engineers and support staff through software development, integration, and qualification.
•Control Account Manager (CAM) with EVMS responsibilities – providing Earned Value (EV) metrics and authoring Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), Variance narratives (VARs), and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) / Estimates At Complete (EACs).
•Maintain labor budgets and report deviations regularly to program leadership.
•Prepare Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for new business capture.
•Develop and execute software strategies to meet program cost and schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

•Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight years of prior relevant experience.
