Production Manager

Lead the daily operations of plant production, ensuring safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Direct production activities through Production Supervisors, coordinate with other department heads, and manage budgets and cost-control initiatives. Drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions, while maintaining GMP and SQF compliance and supporting the facility ISO/SQF program. Develop and maintain an efficient workforce through communication, training, and performance monitoring.
