Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily plant production operations, ensuring policies are followed and maximizing stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Provide safety leadership by engaging in safety activities, communicating safe work expectations, and supporting investigations for line/equipment stoppages due to safety risks.
  • •Lead risk assessment, incident investigations, and implementation of timely corrective actions to eliminate or reduce EHS risks.
  • •Direct production activities via Production Supervisors, coordinate with other department heads, and supervise labor/material variance performance.
  • •Plan and control department expenses, approve operating procedures, maintain workforce through communication and training, and ensure GMP/SQF compliance and ISO/SQF program support.
