Job Summary

Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365-based modern workplace solutions for strategic clients in France, leading pre-sales and delivery activities. You will define target architectures around Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid environments, oversee integration with client IT landscapes, pilot large migrations, mentor teams, and shape governance and best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the definition and implementation of modern workplace strategies that are secure, scalable, and sustainable.
•Design and formalize technical architectures for RFP responses, coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams.
•Define target architectures around Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid environments.
•Oversee integration of solutions within client IT landscapes, ensuring performance, security and compliance with corporate standards.
•Lead and manage structuring projects (migrations, architecture overhauls, governance deployment).

Key Requirements

•Experience in piloting high-stakes pre-sales tied to strategic clients
•Strong technical expertise in designing and securing hybrid architectures (Microsoft On-Prem, Microsoft 365, networks, security, third-party solutions)
•Proven leadership and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge
•Experience mentoring consultants and upskilling teams on architecture and workplace topics
•Clear understanding of IT systems integration and end-to-end solution delivery
