Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the definition and implementation of modern workplace strategies that are secure, scalable, and sustainable.
  • •Design and formalize technical architectures for RFP responses, coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • •Define target architectures around Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid environments.
  • •Oversee integration of solutions within client IT landscapes, ensuring performance, security and compliance with corporate standards.
  • •Lead and manage structuring projects (migrations, architecture overhauls, governance deployment).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in piloting high-stakes pre-sales tied to strategic clients
  • •Strong technical expertise in designing and securing hybrid architectures (Microsoft On-Prem, Microsoft 365, networks, security, third-party solutions)
  • •Proven leadership and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge
  • •Experience mentoring consultants and upskilling teams on architecture and workplace topics
  • •Clear understanding of IT systems integration and end-to-end solution delivery
