Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the marketing organization structure, ensuring roles and responsibilities align with strategic goals.
•Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support to optimize the marketing team’s performance.
•Collaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
•Monitor and analyze organizational effectiveness, proposing improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
•Manage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
•3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
•Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processes.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
•Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
