Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product adoption and training discipline, including operating model, standards, intake practices, delivery channels, governance, and effectiveness measures.
  • •Build the first formal adoption and training program with repeatable practices for seminars, live training, videos, documentation, onboarding, office hours, role-based learning, and release communications.
  • •Create and maintain a cross-product adoption roadmap aligned to release timing, business priorities, user needs, Customer Success priorities, and engineering capacity.
  • •Lead release readiness and enablement-focused UAT; define workflow/terminology/learnability and route adoption findings vs functional defects to the appropriate owners.
  • •Set training and content standards and personally deliver high-impact virtual training, adapting live as needed and mentoring contributors without formal people-management authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building or transforming training, product adoption, customer education, or enterprise enablement programs.
  • •Experience creating and governing seminars, instructor-led training, role-based learning, user documentation, troubleshooting guidance, and short-form training videos.
  • •Ability to deliver live training to small teams through audiences of 100+ and pivot when participant needs reveal unexpected workflows or root causes.
  • •Experience defining or leading user acceptance testing and release-readiness activities from an adoption/usability/training perspective.
  • •Experience partnering across Customer Success, Product/POs, software engineering, support, and senior stakeholders; able to establish standards and operating practices without formal people-management authority.
