Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate at Cost Management level with suitably qualified experience and administer a variety of contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Pro-actively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, cost control and value engineering.
  • •Manage contract changes ensuring governance and adoption of best practice; drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred).
  • •Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects.
  • •Experience of working on infrastructure (Rail, air, marine/ports, utilities highways) or Energy projects (Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Wind or Carbon Capture).
