Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, interpret, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions in collaboration with client and internal teams.
  • •Support preparation, negotiation, and execution of field work instructions, amendments, and contract change orders.
  • •Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, notices, and deadlines.
  • •Identify contractual risks and coordinate with project, legal, commercial, finance, and procurement teams to mitigate them.
  • •Manage contract correspondence and records, including claims, variations, and supporting documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of procurement and contract management experience in large-scale heavy civil construction, process facilities, and/or mining infrastructure projects.
  • •Hands-on contract administration, documentation, and communication while onsite with multiple vendors.
  • •Knowledge of contract terms and conditions, negotiations, and industry standards and regulations.
  • •MSHA 48B Surface safety requirement.
  • •Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Office products.
