Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and test prototypes, sub-assemblies, and feasibility units under engineering guidance.
  • •Interpret schematics, diagrams, and layouts to perform testing, checkout, troubleshooting, and rework of PCBAs and harnesses.
  • •Fabricate custom test equipment, boxes, and harnesses; procure and source components as needed.
  • •Operate and set up standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, supplies, DMMs) and perform PCBA/cable rework to IPC standards.
  • •Adapt plans quickly in a fast-paced environment with evolving goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 150,000

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience as an engineering technician in a prototype or development lab.
  • •Strong ability to read/interpret PCBA schematics, cable drawings, and test procedures independently.
  • •Experience with prototype electro-mechanical hardware (PCBAs, cables, harnesses, robotic/vehicle systems).
  • •Hands-on skills: soldering, crimping, rework, cable assembly to IPC standards; familiarity with electrical components, connectors, tools, and test equipment.
  • •Solid grasp of fundamental electrical engineering concepts.
