Key Responsibilities

•Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources; ensure ongoing partner readiness and certification
•Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams and drive outcomes
•Collaborate to support partner initiatives such as end-customer demos, proofs of value, and lead-practice coaching
•Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with internal Datadog teams to drive resolution and value
•Analyze partner service offerings and provide recommendations to increase adoption of Datadog features and capabilities

Key Requirements

•10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role; solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations
•demonstrable track record and passion for learning
•ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom; confident presentation skills
•hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry), Dev/Scripting (Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), Config Mgmt (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab)
•bonus points for channel partner experience (SIs/MSPs), prior Datadog or cloud monitoring tool usage
