Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer adoption and expansion end-to-end after signature, including account plans and pipeline visibility.
  • •Lead engagements from the beginning by running kickoffs across product, engineering, QA, and leadership on goals and ownership.
  • •Diagnose and prioritize customer needs by connecting business tension to specific, testable decisions.
  • •Hands-on platform work including designing personas, writing test cases, configuring metrics, and setting up an evaluation framework.
  • •Feed product teams with durable account learnings by flagging patterns and closing gaps with FDEs and product/engineering.
