Manage the day-to-day health and integrity of a global JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment, acting as a Tier 1/2 contact for system security, user support, and interface integrity. Monitor batch job scheduling and logs, triage incidents via ServiceNow, and drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes. Support procurement workflow approval routes, assist with financial close processes, and contribute to upgrades and production rollouts.
